Brick — Peckham Pale
Pale Ale
Extra pale malt is blended with Munich, Vienna and a splash of Crystal malt to produce a light golden colour. Columbus hops are used for bittering and Simcoe, Equinox, Cascade and Mosaic are added progressively throughout the boul with a good wedge added at the hop-stand phase. The hops add fruit, floral noted typical of a North American style pale ale. Clean US05 yeast is used to allow the hops to shine through.
