Burnt Mill — Big Sur Moon
Cocoa Porter
A base of Munich & Vienna malts is then layered with a mix of speciality malts to create a rich wort that we then whirlpooled with Cocoa husks to amplify the chocolate notes from the malts. Fermented with lager yeast and cold conditioned we were left with a rich and smooth chocolate character.
