Burnt Mill — Layers 2017 (Gyle 1702)
Imperial Stout
We loaded up the mash tun with a huge blend of malts to make Layers. A grist packed with chocolate, crystal rye and oat malt helped to amplify the body of this Imperial Stout. We then gave it six weeks maturation in the tank to allow it all to meld together!
