Cloudwater — Waterfall (Gyle 475)
DIPA
Brewed in collaboration with Cloudwater’s friends from Boundary Brewing in Belfast, this DIPA was dry-hopped in two stages for a balanced, juicy flavour profile. Resinous Cryo hops were added towards the end of fermentation, followed by a Citra BBC charge after fermentation.
