Wheat malt makes up 40% of the grist in this wit, along with oat and caramel pils malt for additional mouthfeel. Fermented with a combination of WLP410 and WLP530 (Belgian Wit II Ale and Abbey Ale yeast, respectively) and lightly dry hopped with Loral for a squeeze of orange alongside mixed spice yeast flavours.
