Cloudwater — Yandaro Imperial Brown Ale (Gyle 431)
Vanilla & Coffee Brown Ale – BB 18/07/18
This Imperial Brown Ale is our second collaboration with our friends at Square Mile Coffee Roasters for Uppers and Downers annual coffee beer festival. We selected two roast profiles of Yandaro coffee beans, from Burundi, with 20 kg in a hot side steep, and 24 kg in a cold side steep. A 1 kg addition of slow infused fresh vanilla pods add complexity and sweetness.
