Cherrywood Smoked Porter
A smooth and rounded Porter with a fruity smokiness from cherrywood smoked barley and a comforting chilli warmth. Partially de-seeded Scotch Bonnets were used at the end of the boil to introduce flavour with a gentle warmth. A tincture of Smoked Piquin chillis was used to add more gentle smokey warmth post-fermentation. Bramling Cross hops round this one out with a hedgerow fruitiness. A gently smokey and warming liquid cuddle of a beer.
