Brewed in collaboration with our friend Melissa Cole as part of Manchester Beer Week, this beer is brewed with pomelo, Sichuan peppercorns & lemon thyme. Inspired by culinary experimentation, the idea for this petite saison was born from a recipe for sorbet. Designed to be immensely refreshing and drinkable, it is full of summery flavours: dry and light, zesty and delicately spiced.
