We have brewed this new beer with our friend (Bristol legend and enthusiastic homebrewer) Tomi Szabo to celebrate his birthday and kick off Bristol Beer Week. Made to Tomi’s recipe we have brewed a 5.6% multi cereal pale ale with barley malt, wheat malt, and oats, with a blend of American and Australian hops and a new English yeast strain, which melds the esters and fruity notes with the hops.
