Honey heather saison was brewed with our new friends Beerbliotek. Heather was foraged from the top of Cairn o’ Mount, in the sight of our brewery (and the bees).

The resulting beer is a complex saison. Hints of honey subtly compliment the heather, showcasing these truly Scottish Ingredients, in season and fin fine balance.
