Imperial IPA
Expect a deep citrus aroma that screams of the American West Coast. On the tongue is an immediate haymaker of big bursting orange, mandarin and grapefruit hops that dances against the strength of the beer and, as the dust settles, a long and lasting citrus bitterness lingers. This is an Imperial IPA that sits alongside the greats, it’s massively bittered, massively hopped, and its high ABV is tempered by lashings of citrus. It doesn’t follow the style of the NEIPA, but holds to its roots. We can’t wait to hear what you folks think.
