Anspach & Hobday — Three Threads
Historic Porter
This is beer history. This is The Three Threads. Brewed on the 7th November 2014 to mark our 100th gyle, The Three Threads is a truly historical London Porter. The runnings of three mashes drawn from one grain bill are boiled three times over one hop addition, and then combined to create one beer. This is one of the earliest recorded brewing methods of the 18th Century.
