A modern, citrus-forward Gose with orange peel, Meyer lemon peel, Coriander and blood orange juice. A hybrid between lemon and mandarin; the Meyer lemon adds a sweet tang and subtle herbal spice.
Fermented with Kveik yeast and our house Lactobacillus.
