Asterism – Triple West Coast IPA – 08/02/2022 – 8 x 440ml

A simple malt base of Extra Pale, Wheat and Oats gave us a wort that was then hopped in the whirlpool with Citra Cryo and dry hopped over three stages with a blend of Citra BBC, Centennial, Chinook and Columbus BBC. Cheers!

Green Path – West Coast IPA – 20/05/2022 – 8 x 440ml

West Coast leaning IPA with a tropical fruit party of aromatics from the layering of Citra, Mosaic & Enigma hops. A stripped back malt profile, low bitterness and dry finish keep everything lean and drinkability high.

Polar Energy – NEIPA – 20/05/2022 – 8 x 440ml

The third and final brew from a trio of beers where we start to explore different yeasts. In this beer we have used our classic IPA malt base with Citra, Kohatu, Bru-1, Galaxy and Idaho to create a medley of ripe citrus and tropical aromatics.
