NE DIPA
For Off Shore we started with a grist of extra pale, oats and chit for a light, soft malt profile with plenty of body. We whirlpooled with Citra & HBC472 then dry hopped with Strata, Citra, Idaho & HBC630 for aromas of ripe citrus and mango.
