West Coast IPA
For this west coast we used a grist of Super Pale for the base with some Dextrin and Munich to give a touch of body. For the hops we’ve blended some of the classic’s’ Centennial, Chinook, Amarillo and Cascade with Strata to give characteristics of pineapple, orange and tropical fruit.
