Juicy and funky with a just-picked fruit character, this collaboration with Oliver’s captures the essence of low-intervention cider. We submitted cider apples to a process of carbonic maceration and blended with apple pomace before racking fresh wort on top and allowing it to ferment slowly over nine months.
