Taking inspiration from two idiosyncratic British pub cocktails, this collaboration with Oliver’s is a unique blend of cider and lager. We fermented apple juice in a bourbon barrel over six months and blended with Helles Bock, conditioned in a port barrel for the same duration, before adding lemon juice prior to bottling.
