This is the standard UK/Europe Sankey-S coupler that fits most UK top-pressure kegs including most eKeg, KegStar, Dolium, EcoKeg, and brewery kegs, and PolyKeg and UniKeg (KeyKeg) that don’t have the “bag” in them (some bag PolyKegs do take Sankey-S just to keep us all on our toes). Unless the keg is from the US in which case you probably want a Sankey-D coupler.

If you want to connect an American keg you most likely need a Sankey-D coupler with the shorter spear.
