The first brew in our 5th Birthday series saw us team up with Reading besties Double-Barrelled to brew a nod to the Belgian-style Dubbel, using Belgian and German malts and the noble Saaz hop with the addition of can molasses. Expect a deep ruby red beer with notes of treacle and caramel, gentle herbal lemon hop character and some spiceness from the yeast esters.
