Fruity English Best Bitter hopped with modern varieties Endeavour and Olicana.
We want to celebrate tradition with this beer, so we ferment it in our open top tanks with a fruity, top-cropping English yeast. All the hops are British, but we’ve used modern varieties Endeavour and Olicana to contribute fruity flavours.
