Moor’s recently developed barley wine in the American tradition, paying homage to their previous old rockbound Highland home. It has a beautiful copper hue and rich, warming flavours of marmalade. In the typical Moor way it is extremely drinkable for its strength, deeply layered, and intensely flavoured – balancing traditional British floor malt with new world hops and our house yeast. It has the perfect level of bitterness and sweetness so as not to be too cloying or too dry.

This version has been aged in Scotch whisky barrels for an even more intense flavour.
