Last year we had the pleasure of brewing with one of Budapest’s finest and, at the start of January, we had Monyo over at our place for the return brew! Together we made a round, sightly sweet and super easy going New England IPA, brewed using extra pale malt, oats and wheat. We’ve used a new hop to us, Bru-1, which provides a zestiness of lime and bubblegum tones, while a good dose of Ekuanot in the whirlpool brings super fleshy, soft pear and peach flavours.
