Part of the Patrons Project – a collaborative initiative which Northern Monk work with creative and like-minded craftsmen. The ‘patron’ is James Butler, who has been a long-term friend and illustrator of Northern Monk; in addition the brew has a good dose of Siren’s input in the collaboration. The result is a piña colada style coconut black IPA.
