This unique Pale Ale has been brewed to coincide with a pop up Indian Vegan weekend at our taproom, a collaboration between chef Sareta Puri* and Lightnin’ Hot Things*.

Golden orange in colour & bursting with tropical fruits on the nose, almost smoothie-esque. Thick bodied & juicy, the kick of chilli cuts through the sweetness of the mango & pineapple. Nelson Sauvin hops amplify this huge tropical juice burst. Finishes with a subtle bitterness.
Pairs magically with spicy dishes and our Vegan Indian Brunch menu, but specifically brewed with the intent of matching the assortment of chutneys available on the night!
