When you’re going big, go for the big boy hops. El Dorado and Simcoe are frequently used hops here at PBCHQ and for good reason. These stateside big hitters showcase a tonne of pear, watermelon and stone fruit notes a-plenty from El Dorado, paired up beautifully with mango, guava and a citrus edge from Simcoe in our celebration of all things new school.
Wrapped up in a metric tonne of LA3 for maximum haze, this is an IPA with plenty of bite to back up its bark.
