Whilst the incredibly popular Kirschentart is an all out sour cherry gose, Mazzard Tribe heads in the other direction with an all out sweet cherry gose. An attempt to replicate one of our favourite beers served at the bar Arron used to manage in Bellvue Kriek; we added a quarter of a tonne of sweet cherries into this beer to impart that ice cream cherry sauce flavour, backed up with a kilogram of Anglesey sea salt, and fermented with sour pitch to take the palate on a insane tour of flavours. Incredible.
