Boonies Xtra Pale Ale is all about the hops and less about the malt. The tropical and citrus flavours of the US grown hops deliver a fruit bowl at the front of the palate followed by a long lingering bitterness. A lip smacking pale ale, it goes fantastically with short ribs or buffalo wings.
