Scratch British Rum is a light golden rum fermented and distilled in a copper pot still from scratch using British refined molasses, water from the Hertfordshire aquifer and champagne yeast. It is a flavoursome light golden rum, without additives or caramel, that has been aged in new oak barrels and rested in glass. It has bold, tropical flavours of banana, caramel, cinnamon and toffee apples. It was awarded a bronze medal on a score of 85/100 in the International Wine and Spirits Competition 2019.
