Squealer is 100% Brettanomyces Drei fermented, dry hopped with Amarillo, Simcoe and Citra and 1/3 lb. of raspberries per gallon of beer. Expect a tart and refreshing raspberry sorbet effect with some interesting and delicious brett phenolics in the background.
