We first brewed this a few years ago, the craft Session IPA is now a more common style but the trend at the time was for ever stronger IPAs. We wanted a full flavoured alternative that we could enjoy without the hangover! We brew AM:PM with a complex mix of aromatic hops from the US, Australia, and New Zealand to really maximise its character, they exude papaya, passion fruit and kiwi. We have recently started to make this Gluten Free to meet growing demand, it’s all the same ingredients and great taste but now less than 20 ppm of gluten.
