Green Comma is a DDH’d sour beer. We brewed a base beer with a fruity ester profile and moderate acidity before dry hopping it twice with citra. The juicy fruit characteristics of the hops work well to deliver a refreshingly tart punch.The Green Comma butterfly is found in North America and can be seen in the Yakima Valley where our Citra hops were grown.
