A Chance to work with our favorite brewery you say?! Well you’re damn right we’ll take it.

Having met Bryan many years ago over several pints at the “London Craft Beer Festival”, and with Mike first meeting Greg at a meet the brewer in Oxford; We knew long ago that these were people that we wanted to work with!!

But what to brew?? Well take our love of Kaffir lime leaves, and a love of mad flavours in beers, Weird Beard with a MASSIVE passion for Sorachi Ace and a stout and saison back catalog to rival the best. Add in a need to do something that we hadn’t heard being done before…………….And 3 beers were borne……..

Kwantum State brings together traditional spicy flavours of an upfront big Saison, and blends perfectly Kaffir lime notes with papper and banana tones for the yeast. A farmhouse ale itching to leave its rustic roots!!
