A petit pale with big nuts! Using a base of extra pale Pilsner malt with a towering body building addition of Dextrin, rolled oats, flaked wheat and chit malt. Chinook and Mosaic in the kettle then a dry hop schedule of Columbus, HBC 342, Azzaca and Centennial bringing you all joooose expected from one of our IPAs.
