This is Basqueland’s first sour inspired by the traditional gose from Leipzig, Germany. It is light golden with a touch of haze. Basque sea salt added during brewing makes this beer a light yet savory at the same time. It’s a perfect low ABV beer for summer-sipping or to enjoy with food, preferably Basque.
