Cheshire Brewhouse — Conger Tun Ale
Rum Barrel Aged Wee Heavy
Conger Tun Ale is derived from the Ancient Rebus on the Town of Congleton’s Coat of Arms “Conger-Leo-Tun” a Scottish Style Wee Heavy style beer similar in style to the beers drank when the ale taster helped sell the town bible to buy a bear. Barrel Aged in 5 oak barrels for 12 months & blended back to give this very complex malt forward delight.
