This Triple IPA is a leaving gift for our much-loved colleague Tae Han Lee, who is sadly heading home to South Korea after 14 months working with us. In Flight Meal is the name he uses to describe his daily staple of instant ramen and microwave meals, and we chose to brew a big, juicy TIPA as it’s one of his favourite beer styles. Tae Han, you’ll be missed.
