Mills brewing make beer with minimal modern intervention, relying on local wild yeast cultures and the influence of nature to ferment. After The Harvest is a cuckoo brewery making traditional beer for Hereford Beer House and mixed fermentation beers for the wider drinking community. Wait For It is an aged saison. It fermented and matured for 22 months in Californian wine barrels using a combination of Mills Brewing’s and After The Harvest’s house cultures.
