Not a yeast fining agent, silica gel is added to casks to help pull proteins/polyphenols out of the beer. Often used as an adjunct in conjunction with Isinglass finings some beers uses only silica finings and will be vegan friendly if no other non-vegan ingredients are used in the beer (such as lactose, honey, etc).

Note: We can only legally supply to licensed trade (pubs, bars, off-licenses, etc).
