This is a first for us! First we soured with our house lacto culture added some lactose and fermented with Vermont yeast. We then aged this on a bed of mangos, vanilla pods, toasted coconut and mosaic hops. Seasoned with a touch of sea salt to finish. Mango parfit CONTAINS LACTOSE
