Sonic Titan was initially blended for the Evening Star pub in Brighton. They were after a strong, dry cider with all the wonderful wild qualities that we had become known for. As this was a pub that had supported me from the beginning of my professional cider making journey, it was the least I could do!

Blending our strong wild fermented cider with a hint of sweet apple juice gave us the cider that was to be known as Sonic Titan. Named not only for its gravity and strength, but also after a track by the gods of heavy sleep.
