Description
Betelgeuse (pronounced ‘Beetlejuice’) is a true sour ale, having been soured in former whisky and bourbon barrels over an eight month period. Raspberries, beetroot and a small amount of vanilla are the added elements to this complex brown ale. Betelgeuse, also designated Alpha Orionis, is the ninth-brightest star in the night sky and second-brightest in the constellation of Orion.
