Another new special dropping this week is Hachet Sour. This 6.0% Sour Saison has been bolstered with Rye and Munich malts to add a peppery-spiced complexity. Generous additions of sweet cherry into the fermenter gives a jammy sweetness, balanced with the tannic and subtle vanilla notes from aging on cherry wood chips.
