Description
International Women’s Collaboration Brew Day (IWCBD) was all about celebrating. We brewed this beer with local women in Suffolk and further a field and celebrated being back together again. Assemble has a clean malt profile with added rice. Everyone selected their favourite hops which includes, Citra, Strata, Cashmere, Loral, Meridian and Simcoe. This selection has given a complexity of tropical and citrus fruits for a clean, crushable beer.
