Sophie is the Head Brewer here at Burnt Mill and takes the first spot to highlight our Brewer’s Choice brews. Gently roasted malts in this beer give warming toasted biscuit and coffee notes, much akin to some of the cask beers Sophie started to drink when she discovered ‘Real Ale’. As the love of American hops started to creep into the UK beer scene, blends of different styles were created. To celebrate this, Mantle Point is hopped with Cascade, Chinook and Simcoe for spicy pine and citrus fruits.
