DBA is our homage to the classic Burton Style Bitter. We marry pale malt with a touch of black malt and late-hop with Styrian Goldings. This produces a lush traditional ale with a spicy peppery finish and heavenly mouthfeel. When we released a recent batch of DBA, it was described as “Angel Food”. Not our words, but we will admit to it being one of our best batches to date.
