Few, however, know that in a small portion of our vineyard, we also cultivate Pinot Grigio. This year, with the 2023 harvest, we harvested it and brought it directly to the brewery to produce this collaboration: a “fusion” between the typical hopping that characterizes our beers and the aromatic freshness of our Pinot Grigio.

Which hops did we use for this “fusion”? Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, Nectaron, and the experimental hop from our farm.
