Pale Ale
Mephisto is a beer designed to showcase modern hero hop Mosaic. A pilsner malt base was used with a lick of pale crystal malt to produce a light golden coloured wort. Mosaic was used both in the whirlpool and as a dry hop to bring all those tropical fruit notes to the party.
