Yeah, you know, we make some extreme beers that’s true, but this isn’t one of them. Most beer drinkers are not extremophiles. Most of you just want something long and cool to accompany “avin crak wiv yer mates”

So, we make this beer to be “accessible” you see. We have no intentions of alienating people, if we can help it. But it’s still stunning enough to be called Hardknott beer. Brewed using Auroa hops, which are grown in Slovenia and this give a crisp central european feel to the beer.
