Cask Aged Imperial Smoked Porter
From the Rhetoric 4 barrel ageing project. The most striking thing is that the oak has mellowed the peat smoke of the original but has added an earthy tannic dryness, a hint of mint, peppery merlot and camphor cedar.
Matches well with haggis or orange duck savoury.
